10/27/2009 I called up Scott Honda as I was looking for a new car as I was switching careers and need a reliable car with low gas milage. Douglas Scott was through in reviewing which car would be best for me for the long haul. I have been driving the car for just over a year, I have 56,000 miles on it and I love my Honda Civic!

10/22/2009 The experience I had at Scott Honda was incredible. I was a little hesitant upon entering the new car market because I hated the over eager salesman that hounded me until they received their commission. At Scott Honda, the customer service was taken to the next level. I entered the dealership and was greeted in a friendly, professional manner. When I discussed what I was looking for, I really felt that the dealer was listening and trying to figure out how I could get the most of the money that I was going to spend. Additionally, I felt through the whole process that the dealer was truly looking out for my best interest rather then the commission I received. It was a fabulous experience.

10/21/2009 The reason I gave a 3 for customer service is because of your Enterprise Rent a Car offer. After the last time, I will never use it again. I believe your company needs to have a serious talk with their company. I rented a car for the day from them and returned it, and thought there was nothing wrong. Well when I got home I received a call stating that the windshield was chipped and I was going to have to pay to replace it. I agreed to this and asked them to send me a receipt when the work was finished. About two weeks went by and I never received a receipt or a call. So I called them and asked where my receipt was and they couldn't give me an answer and told me they would call me back. Another week went by and still no feedback from them. I decided to take it to their corporate office and they informed me that nothing was charged to them, it was a repair that was free of charge and refunded my money. The problem I have is if I didn't continue to ask for a receipt, I would have never gotten my money back and would have been ripped off for $40.00. I hope this will put some consideration into having some kind of ethics talk with them. I think your company is great, but I don't want your image damaged by an outside company that is a service you offer.

10/21/2009 Scott Honda is a professional, family friendly dealership. I purchased a new 2003 Honda Accord there and have it serviced there regularly. Scott is always alerting me with emails regarding the service required. The service staff really listens to you and gets the work done perfectly every time. Also, if there is something wrong with your vehicle, they thoroughly explain what needs to be done and what the cost is. I would and do recommend this dealer to all of my friends. I also love the renovations Scott Honda did to their building - it is so clean you could eat off of the floor, even in the service unit. Scott Honda is clearly in a class by itself - I give it a 10 out of 10!

9/17/2009 I purchased a great used civic back in March and loved my Scott Honda experience. They worked with me on the price of the used car and the price of my trade-in and I got a great deal. A minor problem arose soon after my purchase, but a helpful service advisor and technician rectified the problem immediately while I waited, for free. They will go above & beyond to satisfy their customers! I am definitely a Scott Honda customer for life.
