RESPONSIBILITIES(include but are not limited to):
Automotive Sales Representatives / Sales Consultants demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing and contrasting competitive models; explaining warranties and services.
Automotive Sales Representatives / Sales Consultants prospect daily for potential customers; maintain consistent rapport with previously sold customers.
Automotive Sales Representatives / Sales Consultants maintain high CSI scores.
Automotive Sales Representatives / Sales Consultants maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of incoming inventory, features, accessories and how they benefit customers.
Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers.
Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
Learn to overcome objections; ask for the sale; negotiate price; complete sales or purchase agreement; explain and offer warranties, services, and finance.
Provide sales management information by completion reports.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS(include but are not limited to):
At least 1 year of professional customer service experience is required
Previous retail sales experience a plus
Stable work history
Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
Confidence in your ability to be successful.
A desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment.
Great attitude with high-energy personality.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Self-starter and self-motivated.

High school diploma or equivalent. 2 or 4 year college a plus.
Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Service Reports to: Service Manager
POSITION SUMMARY: Greet customers and direct them to their destination. Park and retrieve service vehicles, and wash all service customer vehicles.
GENERAL PURPOSE: Provide customer service and lot organization.
Role qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); no prior experience or training. Must have valid driver's license and the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Greet all customers in friendly manner.
Park and retrieve vehicles upon request.
Maintain all necessary forms and paperwork.
Shuttle customers when necessary.
Wash customer vehicles.
Maintain lot appearance including trash removal.
Uses good judgment and safe driving skills.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Assist with loaner fleet; checking in, cleaning, retrieving and fueling of loaners.
