We respect your time, and our goal is to complete your recall service in the most expeditious timeframe. If you are notified of a recall in our online appointment scheduler, we ask that you DO NOT schedule it online. Instead, please schedule your recall through our Customer Care Representatives (and not online) so we may assign your Honda's Vin to a special part order. We'll confirm that your part is in-stock so that we may offer you an appointment.
