Scott Bid Sale Rules

- Bid Hours: every other Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Processing fee of $75 for every vehicle $1000 and over, $30 for every vehicle $999 and under
- All vehicles must be paid for and removed within 7 days of sale
- Storage fee of $10.00 a day, per car starting 4:30 p.m. Thursday after sale
- Current and Valid Dealer License, Dealer Registration, Sales License of buyer(s) and Drivers License must be on file
- All vehicles are "AS-IS NO WARRANTY" - You will pay all costs for any repairs. The dealer assumes no responsibility for any repairs, only exception being title discrepancies not disclosed on day of sale (i.e. TMU or "reconstructed)
- Titles will be held if all fee's are not included in payment
- In the event of a tie the individual who submitted their bid first wins the vehicle
- Please, no cents included in bid (i.e. $9501.13)
- Vehicles can be paid for at auction site next day until Noon,
after that payment must be made at Scott Honda's title department
- No unscheduled Saturday pick-ups
- All bids are final, please review bid sheet before submitting
- Auction results will be emailed, faxed and winners will be called night of sale
- Scott Honda is not responsible for any damage to or missing equipment from vehicles
- Carfax issues found post-purchase are the buyers responsibility


Terms of Bid Privilege Termination

- Refusal to honor any bid
- Refusal to pick up vehicles within 13 days of sale
(cars will be re-run next sale, storage fees and title correction cost will still apply and bid privilege terminated)
- Anyone caught tampering with or stealing vehicle equipment
- Anyone who has had their Sales License put on probation or revoked
- Anyone giving false information of any kind
