Certificates are a one-time voucher; if lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. Non-transferrable for cash/not for purchase. No cash value; this voucher is not exchangeable for cash. Valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. Redeemable only for one (1) full automobile detailing service at Scott Honda of West Chester. Scheduling Your Appointment

  • Call our Customer Care Center at 610-738-1111 and reference your Special Gift Voucher.
  • Same day appointments cannot be accommodated.
  • Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any detailing; we will not accept liability for loss or damage to personal property, belongings contained inside of the vehicle.
  • Our completion times are an estimate. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time. We will communicate any anticipated change for scheduled pick-up.
  • We reserve the right to request a change to your scheduled appointment with weather conditions, staff levels, and /or machinery or equipment failure.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers can only be used once per vehicle per service.
  • After one (1) year of non-use the gift certificate is void.
  • If lost or stolen, a gift voucher will not be replaced.
  • Non-transferrable for cash/not for purchase. 
  • No cash value; this voucher is not exchangeable for cash. 
  • Gift vouchers can not be combined or redeemed with any other additional discounts, coupons, or promotions.
  • Additional charges may apply to the redeemer if they choose additional service that exceed their gift voucher.
  • Additional surcharges will apply for excessive pet hair, waste, other materials or other issues.
  • Any balances for additional services are due at time of service and do not include additional services, tax, or gratuity.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

  • We require 24 hours notice to cancel detailing service.
  • We reserve the right to request a change to your scheduled appointment with weather conditions, staff levels, and /or machinery or equipment failure.
  • Failure to be present at the time and location of the scheduled detail service will result in the full value of the voucher being void, after first cancellation.

Service Terms

  • Failure to disclose at the time of booking any conditional issues that involve excessive pet hair, heavy stains, foul odors, excessive trash/waste.
  • Human or animal biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical overspray or any other hazardous materials voids our service appointment. 
  • No refunds, redos, or additional work will be performed outside of the original detailing package.
  • Payment is due at the completion of your service. 
  • We reserve the right to use independent contractors.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any work or vehicle for any reason.

    Window Tinting

    • We do not accept liability for consequential damage/ product defects.
    • We reserve the right to exclude window cleaning when window tinting is cracked, peeling, scratched or otherwise appears damaged.
