At a luncheon to celebrate the achievement, American Honda representatives credited the positive team culture of Scott Honda as a key factor in its' success - a culture that could be felt from the moment they walked in and one that notably sets our dealership apart from the rest.

Enviromental Leadership 2022

Our commitment to the environment extends beyond offering fuel-efficient vehicles. Since 2015, Scott Honda has been recognized as a Honda Green Dealer through the Environmental Leadership Program. This program was designed to actively reduce the energy and water consumption and CO2 emissions of Honda dealerships across the country. We’ve achieved specific reductions in energy use at our large facility, measurably reducing the environmental impact of our operations. 

 

We’re thrilled our efforts have earned us an Environmental Leadership Award with an additional badge, the Water Badge, in 2021. This badge is achieved through changes that can cut water consumption by 30-50%. We’re proudly reducing our environmental impact, thereby contributing to a healthier and more sustainable future.







Quick, easy, and affordable— these are the ideals of Honda Express Service. And the Scott Honda Express Team has continued to provide superior service, once again earning the Express Service Elite status in 2021. Only 96 out of 1044 Honda Automobile Dealers have achieved this award.

To earn this distinction, dealers must excel in four areas of customer service: time to complete service, fairness of charges, reviewing the multi-point inspection with our guests, and completing serving in 45 minutes or less. While our team moves expeditiously, we make time for each guest, giving thoughtful care and personal attention to each guests.



It's our eighth year in a row, Scott Honda has been awarded the DealerRater Consumer Satisfaction Award - an annual recognition given to dealers who deliver outstanding customer service as rated by consumer online reviews. Scott Honda had received consistently high scores from our customers on the DealerRater website, placing us among top dealerships nationwide.
